  • Eat. Skipping meals leads to intense hunger and makes you more likely to cheat.

Losing 30 Pounds Quickly Requires Activity

Weight loss, especially significant weight loss such as in a plan to lose 30 pounds a month, requires a great deal of physical activity in order to burn up excess calories. While strength training is an important aspect to any weight loss plan because it prevents your body from breaking down muscle tissue for energy, the bulk of your weight loss exercises are going to be cardiovascular.
